Governance Parameters

With the introduction of PSY 2.0: PSY staking and DeMux, PsyFi has setup two separate governances on Realms. PSY 1.0 governance and realms controls the PsyFi programs and core treasury, while PSY 2.0 governance controls the PSY Staking and DeMux governances.
